During our call we will:

  • Discuss Primary and Secondary foods- Primary foods are anything in your life that nourishes you, but does not come on a plate. Secondary foods on the other hand, can be found on our plate, and could possibly be the culprit to your concerns. 

  • Complete an exercise called the "Circle of Life" This will help us discover which areas of your life need attention in order to create more balance in your life.
