21 Day - Guided Meditation Course

Overwhelmed was the recent top result when a group of 100+ women were asked their number one current feeling over the last 6 months. I'm sure that doesn't come as a shocker to anyone as we have all been asked to endure more than ever imagined when we sat down to our January intentions. Beliefs have been challenged, and it's possible that belief in our own selves has even dwindled.

These meditations + affirmations were designed to help you reconnect to yourself, grow through any limiting beliefs, and instill a truth that YOU can be your own light even if the world around you is dark. The repetition of positive words is a powerful tool. They are proven to help break negative thought patterns and replace them with new nueropathways wired with positivity, compassion, and self-love.

During the course of this challenge, I urge you to connect to yourself without boundaries. Challenge yourself to devote at least 5 minutes a day to begin your journey to more confidence. Use this challenge as a opportunity to get to know yourself better. Our relationships with ourselves is one of the most important relationships we can develop because it affects all of our relationships with others. When we fully show up for ourselves we no longer crave the validation from others and when that expectation is gone, magic happens.
