BASIC:  Essential Oils 101

 

  Looking for an excuse to get the girls together for some wellness-focused fun?! A private group workshop is where it’s at. Heck, we’ll even let the guys come! #broterra all the way! + Its really fun watching them go beyond thinking it’s just a placebo when we dive into the science (my fav!) 

 

During our time together-I’ll guide you through an interactive essential oils 101 workshop – teaching you about what essential oils are, how they work, why they’re so effective, how to select them, and how to use them in your daily life. We’ll play with lots of oils, eat some oil-infused treats (yum!) + we can focus in on any other areas that are concerning for your group.

 

ADVANCED:  Essential Oils Masterclass

 

 If I’ve already taught an Essential Oils 101 workshop for you, we can set a date for a masterclass to dive even deeper into the oils! We can design it around any theme/ topic you’d like. Let’s let the creative juices flow and do a seasonal DIY or Mommy and Me!  + we can also cover how to use the specific oils that you currently have in your home to ensure you’re getting the most out of them. You’ll be well on your way to reaching essential oil expert status.

 

Bonus: If you choose to add some oils to your life after the workshop, we will discuss the easiest and most affordable ways to get them in your home, and I’ll be there all along your journey.
